About: There is a long descent to get to Stoke beach and the first part is down through a caravan park. Dogs were allowed when we visited but the daft collie was not keen on the metal steps to get back up and had to be coaxed to keep going.

Sunny Day at Stoke Beach

About: There is limited parking at Stoke Beach and it is quite an arduous climb back up but even on a gorgeous sunny day like this one the beach was very quiet. Dogs were permitted all year round when we visited so the daft collie enjoyed a good walk.

About: After taking our photographs we spent quite a bit of time sitting on one of the large rocks at the base of the cliffs at Stoke Beach. This spot was very sheltered and we could enjoy the view without wind whistling around our ears as despite the blue ......

About: Stoke beach is not the easiest beach to find and parking is very limited. It is sheltered by high cliffs and of course this means that there is a steep ascent and descent. The geological formations are very interesting and dogs are permitted

About: The tide was coming in rapidly when we visited Stoke beach also known as Row Cove. Like most beaches there is a lot more sand when the tide is out.
