Family Fun Place: Westward Ho! Category: Beaches About: Westward Ho is a very popular family beach as there are plenty of facilities and easy access. There is a car park right by the beach and we enjoyed a cup of coffee drinking in the view before setting off to take photographs. Photograph Added: 27th October 2010

Slope to the Beach Place: Westward Ho! Category: Beaches About: Westward Ho has masses of lovely golden sand when the tide is out and it is easily accessible down the gentle slope to the beach. Photograph Added: 8th October 2010

Lifeguard on Patrol Place: Westward Ho! Category: Beaches About: This Lifeguard vehicle and surfboard are perfectly reflected in the wet sand. Westward Ho is a very long beach and the lifeguard on duty during the season must have a very difficult job. Photograph Added: 8th October 2010

Low Tide Place: Westward Ho! Category: Beaches About: The large pebbles at the top of the beach at Westward Ho are not the most comfortable things to sit on but the area is a sun catcher and people bask on the warm rock rather than the wet sand. Photograph Added: 8th October 2010
