About: This side of the beach at Goodrington bans dogs in the summer months. Goodrington Sands is advertised as one of the best beaches in the country for its cleanliness. It is ideal for swimming, nearby underwater diving, boating for all ages, ski boats and there is a qualified life guards in attendance. The Paignton Steam Engine Line runs along side, with the Goodrington Station stop.
