About: This pretty depiction of the Tar Barrel run at Hatherleigh is not immediately spotted. The plaque under is very difficult to read but it seems to indicate that it was done by Sally Mever or Meyer in 1997. We loved all the sculptures and history in Hatherleigh and this piece of public art is well worth looking after.
