How do I order If you have a queston which has not been answered please feel free to contact us and we will do our very best to help. How do I order Currently we only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is a secure and trusted payment processor. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order from us, simply select the "I do not have a PayPal account" option when checking out. Once you have ordered we will send you a confirmation email which will include information on when we expect to ship your order. Once the order has been sent we will send you another email to confirm this. Please note that we will not add you to a mailing list or pass any of your details on to a third party. We also do not store your credit/debit card number either online or offline. Your security is very much our priority. Why are some prints not available in all sizes We will only offer prints at sizes which the original digital file is capable of printing at a high enough quality. Why are some photographs not available as prints This is either because we do not believe an image is suitable or that the content cannot be sold commercially. Returns policy / guarantee Devon CAM guarantees 100% satisfaction We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we aim to provide a friendly and efficient service to all our customers. Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns Policy At Devon CAM we aim to provide the best service possible to all of our customers. However, should you discover a problem we will always try our best to solve the problem in a way which suits you. Therefore we offer a '100% Guarantee or your money back' offer. Our Returns Policy You may return all items sold by Devon CAM within 30 days of receipt of payment for a full refund if it is returned in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We'll also refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or in the unlikely event that the product is found to be faulty, damaged, defective, or an incorrect item has been sent. We cannot accept returns of items that are returned more than 30 days after purchase. Refund Policy We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Devon CAM. You will be notified via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that the Devon CAM guarantee is additional to, and in no way affects, your statutory rights as a consumer. Stock / Delivery / Packing Stock: All items are made to order and as such are always in stock. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 days. If we anticipate a delay for any reason we will inform you in your order confirmation email.Packing: All orders for prints are sent in cardboard backed certificate envelopes and are marked "Do not bend".Delivery: UK orders are sent via royal mail first class. International orders are sent via the royal mail small packet air mail service. Orders to Europe normally take 3 to 5 days to arrive from dispatch and the rest of the world 5 to 10 days.What is the quality like We use local print development companies to ensure a high standard. All prints are inspected by hand with only the best prints being shipped. |
